By using this website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. “JDN Labs” refers to the operator of this website and the person carrying on activities under the JDN Labs name in Malaysia.
2. Website purpose
This website provides general business information, information about possible AI and automation services, concept demonstrations, and an enquiry channel. It is not an offer to provide services to every visitor or enquiry.
3. No client relationship or automatic contract
Browsing the website, submitting an enquiry, receiving an automated or manual acknowledgement, or having preliminary discussions does not create a client relationship or contract. No enquiry guarantees acceptance, reserves capacity, or obligates JDN Labs to provide services. JDN Labs may accept or decline enquiries at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
A binding paid engagement requires clear written acceptance and a separate proposal, quotation, statement of work, service agreement, invoice terms or other written agreement. Silence or enquiry submission alone is not acceptance.
4. Priority of client agreements
A separate signed or expressly accepted client agreement governs paid work. If it conflicts with these website terms, that specific client agreement controls for the relevant project.
5. Your responsibilities and confidentiality warning
You must provide accurate information, have authority to act for any named business, use lawful contact information, and not impersonate another person or submit content you have no right to disclose.
The public enquiry form is not intended as a secure channel for trade secrets, passwords, private keys, regulated data or highly confidential material. Submission alone does not create a professional duty of confidentiality. Any project confidentiality obligations must be stated in a separate written agreement or NDA.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
- engage in illegal activity, fraud, impersonation or spam;
- gain unauthorised access, probe, scan or bypass security;
- introduce malware, denial-of-service activity or harmful scraping;
- submit malicious code, unlawful material or misleading information;
- infringe intellectual property or extract secrets or source code; or
- interfere with hosting, email systems or other website operations.
JDN Labs may block access and preserve evidence of suspected misuse.
7. Intellectual property and submissions
The JDN Labs name and branding, logos, website copy, original layouts, graphics, workflow concepts, diagrams, code, demonstrations, downloadable material and original documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for ordinary personal or business evaluation only. You may not copy, resell, white-label, reproduce, commercially exploit or make derivative use of these materials without permission, subject to applicable law.
JDN Labs does not claim ownership of third-party materials. You retain ownership of material you submit, but grant JDN Labs a limited, non-exclusive permission to receive, copy, store, review and communicate it internally only as reasonably necessary to assess and respond to the enquiry, protect the website or comply with law.
8. Concept demonstrations, AI and automation
Some demonstrations may be conceptual, simulated, hypothetical or fictional. Illustrative businesses, messages, dashboards or results may not represent real clients. These examples are not verified case studies or guaranteed outcomes; actual project scope and performance depend on separate agreements and testing.
AI and automated systems can produce errors and outputs that are incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased or unsuitable. Automated decisions and messages require appropriate human review. Users remain responsible for final operational, legal and commercial decisions. Systems require testing, monitoring, access controls, backups and ongoing maintenance. JDN Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free AI output.
9. No guaranteed results and third-party platforms
JDN Labs does not guarantee revenue, profits, leads, appointments, conversion rates, search rankings, cost savings, response times, regulatory compliance, uptime or compatibility with every third-party service.
The website and possible services may depend on Netlify, Resend, Instagram/Meta, APIs, AI providers, messaging services and future third-party integrations. Those providers may change pricing, policies, APIs, limits, functionality, availability or security controls. JDN Labs is not responsible for changes outside its reasonable control.
10. Website content, availability and liability
Website content is general information only. It is not professional legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, cybersecurity or regulatory advice. JDN Labs may update, suspend, restrict, discontinue, correct or remove website content at any time and does not guarantee continuous availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without implied promises not required by law. To that extent, JDN Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings, or loss caused by third-party platforms, reliance on general website information, or unauthorised or unlawful use.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory statutory rights. These terms do not create a liability cap for paid client work.
11. Indemnity, suspension and general terms
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify JDN Labs for losses or third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, malicious activity, infringement, unauthorised submission or material breach of these terms. JDN Labs may suspend or terminate website access for misuse.
These terms govern website use only and are the entire agreement for that purpose. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. JDN Labs may transfer website operation as part of a legitimate business restructuring, subject to applicable law.
12. Malaysian law, changes and contact
Malaysian law governs disputes relating solely to website use, subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be removed. Such disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, without claiming exclusive jurisdiction where that would unlawfully remove mandatory rights.
